  • Project for the Production of 1 Million Tons of Nitrogen Fertilizers in Vanadzor, Armenia

During the Soviet period, the Vanadzor chemical cluster, together with the Yerevan chemical cluster, was one of the largest chemical industry hubs in the region.

A project for the production of 1 million tons of nitrogen fertilizers and related productswill be established in Vanadzor on the basis of the Vanadzor Chemical Plant. This plant already has the full infrastructure required for such production — including natural gas supply, electricity, and water resources, as well as its own railway connections.

This will make it possible to design and build the facility with minimal costs using modern technologies, while also reducing logistics costs for transporting the products. At the same time, the project will ensure environmentally safe production for decades to come.

  • Construction of a hyperscale AI Data Center near the city of Hrazdan, Armenia

A project is underway to build a hyperscale AI data center in Armenia, in the area of Hrazdan, based on 16,000 NVIDIA Vera Rubin processors.

To efficiently process AI models with 3 trillion parameters and above, we have started the construction of a data center in Armenia powered by Vera Rubin processors, with a total electrical capacity of 120 MW.

To ensure efficient energy use, the heat generated by the data center will be utilized to heat 80–100 hectares of greenhouses. This will allow electricity to be effectively used twice — first for the operation of the data center and second for heating the greenhouses — making the project fully green and energy-efficient.

25 Dec 2025, Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Supermicro for the construction of an AI Data Center in Armenia.

15 December of 2025 ADKARS, together with the American company Supermicro, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in December 2025 to build the largest AI data centerin Armenia near the city of Hrazdan, powered by 16,000 of the latest NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPUs. Production of these processors will begin this year. Construction began this summer, and commissioning is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. The electrical capacity is 120 MW.

This will be the one of largest AI data center in Europe, capable of processing three trillion or more artificial intelligence models.

Furthermore, the project is completely green because the energy generated by the data centeris reused to heat 80 hectares of greenhouses. This not only allows for the doubling use of electricity but also significantly reduces the data center’s energy consumption. Approximately 20% of the world’s data center electricity goes toward cooling. This scheme reduces this by 12-13%. Furthermore, the greenhouses receive virtually free heat, which also reduces production costs by 20%. This creates synergies between the two projects.
